Our founders were freshman year roommates at Temple University in 2009, where they used events to unite a divided campus and support the North Philadelphia community. After graduation, they pursued careers in event planning across various industries. In 2015, they reconnected during a Temple Homecoming reunion and launched their first business, 91REPUBLIC. Two years later, they created the All Love Block Party to celebrate Philadelphia and showcase local artists, growing it to over 1,500 attendees by 2019.

In response to the 2020 pandemic, they launched Sync Production Group, offering consulting and project management services for corporate clients nationwide. They successfully re-launched the All Love Block Party in 2021. In 2022, they introduced Black Soul Summer, a music festival series, which evolved into an e-commerce platform supporting black and brown event organizers and creatives.
